The Data Reporting section under your workspace settings on the Dashboard provides admins with an overview of various workspace statistics, such as your Gnowbe add-ons usage and enabled/disabled user count.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Data Reporting.
- Expand Add-ons Usage or Disabled/Enabled user count.

Add-ons Usage displays a breakdown of your add-ons usage per month. For example, if you have purchased Automated Translation or Gnowbe AI credits, your month-on-month usage will be shown here. You can filter your usage by date.

Disabled/Enabled user count displays a breakdown of the total number of disabled/enabled users you have in your workspace during a particular period. Click Filter by date to set a time period.
