How to view users' real time spent data?

Admins can track the duration/actual time spent by their users on specific programs.

  1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Programs.

  2. Select your program.

  3. Click Users.

  4. Click Export.

  5. Click With Real-Time Spent.

  6. Your downloaded CSV file will show the real time spent by the user for every session in the program. The data shown is in seconds.
