Creators (Admins, Agents, or Curators) are sometimes added as learners/participants to groups in a workspace.
Should you wish to exclude Creators from your user analytics and view data from only your participants, here's what to do.
How to view participants' analytics only
Your workspace admin should ideally be performing this operation.
- Navigate to your workspace on Gnowbe Dashboard.
- Go to the group where you have your Creators as a learner.
- Click Users.
- Toggle on View Participants Only.
Note: toggling this on doesn't automatically exclude Admins, Agents, and Curators yet; you will need to exclude them in the next step manually.
- In the Users tab, look for your Creators, and scroll to the right to find the Visible In Analytics field.
- Uncheck the box next to the Creators you want excluded from analytics.
- Repeat the above step in all the other groups which your Creators are added to.
- Once done, give Gnowbe some time to pull out the relevant analytics. Refresh the page to see your revised analytics. Data from your Creators will now be excluded from the following:

- Overall % Completion Rate
- Overall % Graduation Rate
- Total # of Users Started

Engagement metrics for individual programs

At the Group level
- Overall % Completion rate
- Overall % Graduation rate
- Total # of Users Started
- Total # of Users Opened
- Excluded users will be removed from the group leaderboard
