Gnowbe AI Tasks are used to power our AI Agents (Magic Creator or Automated Translation). AI Tasks are required to perform AI-powered activities. Each activity—such as generating text, creating an image, or building a full Gnowbe program—requires a specific number of Tasks. Think of these Tasks as the individual 'steps' the AI takes to complete your request.
- For instance, creating a medium-sized program with text and AI-generated images typically requires approximately 120 AI Tasks.
- The exact number of Tasks needed can vary based on factors like whether documents are uploaded, the size of those documents, the desired length of the program, and the inclusion of AI-generated images.

Understanding AI Task Pricing and Usage:
- Purchase as Add-Ons: AI Tasks are purchased as a recurring add-on to your Gnowbe subscription.

Flexible Management: You can adjust your AI Task allowance at any time:

- Adding Tasks: Takes effect immediately.
- Removing Tasks: Changes apply at the start of your next billing period.

- Billing Cycle Reset: AI Tasks reset at the end of each billing period. Unused Tasks will not roll over.

How to Purchase Gnowbe AI Tasks?
Only the workspace's billing admin can purchase the add-on. If your billing admin encounters any issues while purchasing the add-on, please contact success@gnowbe.com for assistance.
- Log in to Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Expand Plan and Payment details.
- The Add-ons section will also display how many AI Tasks you’ve used against your total AI Tasks. Hover over the ℹ️ icon for more details.
- Click Manage Add-on.
- Select the number of AI Tasks you want to add. Your total price will be indicated on this page.
- Click Change Quantity to confirm.
