How to use Automated Translation powered by Gnowbe AI

Curators can now translate their programs effortlessly with Automated Translation. Supporting 70+ languages, this powerful feature allows you to easily duplicate your existing program into a new language of your choice, utilizing machine translation. Please note that only text within textboxes will be translated.

For instance, you can easily translate your program from English to, let's say, Spanish, and the result will resemble something like this:

Here's how:

1. Log into Gnowbe Web and navigate to your workspace where the translation feature has been activated.
   
    
2. Find and access your program.
   
    
3. Go into Edit mode.
   
    
4. Go to Program Settings.
   
    
5. Scroll down and expand the Translation tab.
   
    
6. Click Gnowbe AI Translator.
   
   If this button is not visible, please reach out to your Gnowbe representative (or [e-mail]) to activate the Automated Translation feature for your workspace.
   
    
7. A pop-up will appear, showing the total number of words for translation and the corresponding AI tasks required.
   
    
8. Select your target language from the drop-down menu. For the full list of available languages, view our FAQ article here.
   
    
9. Click Duplicate and Translate.
   
    
10. Please allow Gnowbe a moment to complete the translation process. Once finished, your program will be duplicated into your selected language, appearing as a separate program on your homepage. The translated version will be clearly labeled in the language of your choice.
