Only the program's curator can export the program's group board posts/comments/likes as a CSV file. To perform this action, the curator must be added as a learner in the group.
Here's how:
- The program curator accesses the program within the group on Gnowbe Web.
- Click Group to access the group board.
- Scroll down and select Export All Posts.
- You can choose to export specific posts/comments by first selecting the filter. For example, if you only want to export posts/comments from responses in Session 1, you will first apply the filter, and then proceed with the export.
- Your exported CSV file will be sent to your email for download.

Within the CSV file, you'll find all the group board posts listed in Column D, with comments corresponding to these posts residing in Column E, alongside other data fields.
To illustrate, the image below highlights a group board post in red, with its respective comments following in subsequent rows, highlighted in blue.
