Quite simply, there are two hierarchies within the dashboard - Organization and Groups.
- Organization
The overarching unit in which a user will handle dashboard activities. An organization contains different user groups. - Groups
- Sub-divided units created within your organization to categorize your end-users into a closed learning community.
- Groups are where you share programs and invite learners to access them.
