How to disable the group board and sharing feature

Admins and agents can disallow learners from accessing the group board by disabling the Group board and sharing feature on Gnowbe Dashboard. This change is done on the group level and will be made across all programs distributed to the same group.

Here's how:

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups
   
   
   
2. Click the group name to access the group that you wish to have the group board disabled.
   
   
   
3. Once inside the group, click Settings.
   
   
   
4. Under the Group details section, scroll down to find the Group board and sharing button. Toggle it off.
   
   
   
5. Click Save.
   
   
   
6. Once done, learners will not be able to access the group board for all programs distributed to this group.

What does this mean for learners?

• The group board will not appear for learners when they try to access it.
  
  
  
• Learners will also receive a pop-up message if they try to share responses to the group board.
