Quite simply, there are two hierarchies within the dashboard - Workspaces and Groups.

Workspace
The overarching unit in which a user will handle dashboard activities. A workspace contains different user groups.

Groups
- Sub-divided units created within your workspace to categorize your end-users into a closed learning community.
- Groups are where you share programs and invite learners to access them.
