Looking for an easy way to share supplementary materials with your learners?
The Resource Library feature in Gnowbe allows curators to host and distribute key reference files, like training workbooks, cheat sheets, policy PDFs, and slide decks, all in one place.
Think of it as your program’s built-in cloud drive (like Dropbox)—you simply upload your files into your Resource Library and share them with learners using direct download links.
How to Upload and Share Resources
- Access your program in Creator mode.
- Click Resource Library on the left sidebar.
- Click +Upload Resource.
-
Name your resource and upload your file. Whatever name you give your resource will automatically appear as the display text when you paste the download link into your program.
- Click Upload & Save.
- Click the three-dot icon and click Copy Link.
- Paste the link anywhere in your program! It will automatically display as the resource name you gave it, and learners can simply click the link to download your materials.
- To delete a resource, head back to your Resource Library on the left sidebar, click the three-dot icon, and select Delete Resource.
Alternatively, you can also add resources directly while editing any text box by clicking the Paperclip icon on the toolbar.
This opens a quick pop-up window, allowing you to upload your file and copy any resource link on the spot.
Turning On Resource Library For Learners
You can enable the Resource Library directly for your learners.
Once enabled, your learners can easily access your full library of uploaded documents from their left sidebar and download whatever they need, whenever they need it.
Alternatively, you can share a master link to all your resources. This link can be pasted inside your program or shared externally to take learners directly to your Resource Library page.
Supported File Formats & Size Limits
Gnowbe supports all file formats, giving you full flexibility in what you share. Just keep the following file size limits in mind when preparing your uploads:
- 🎵 Audio Files: Up to 50 MB
- 🎥 Video Files: Up to 600 MB
- 📄 All Other Files (PDFs, Docs, Images, etc.): Up to 2 MB
