⚠️ Important Note: This feature currently only works with the Question & Answer action type. You can only copy answers from a Q&A action, but you can paste them into almost any other action type later!
🛠️ How to Set Up “Copy User Answer”
Step 1: Copy the unique action code
Access your program, enter Creator Mode, and head to the session view where your actions are listed.
Click the three-dot icon on the specific Q&A action you want to pull the response from and click Copy User Answer.
Step 2: Paste it where you want it to appear
Go to the later action where you want to show the answer—this can be a text, a multiple-choice question, or another Q&A action. Simply paste the code (Ctrl-V) into the text field exactly where you want their response to pop up.
👀 What Will Learners See?
The magic happens seamlessly in the background!
First: The learner types their response into your initial open-ended Q&A block.
Later: When they arrive at the action where you pasted the code, Gnowbe automatically replaces that code with their exact, unique response.
