Disabling users from the workspace
- Disabling users from the workspace does not decrease user license usage. For example, if you currently have 75 out of 100 learners in your workspace, disabling a user does not reduce this number.
- Disabled users will not be able to see their groups and programs in their Gnowbe Library. However, their programs' progress and data will be retained.
- Disabled users are still part of the workspace. Once re-enabled, they will be able to access what they previously could.
- Admins/Agents can still view the progress and analytics of disabled users in their workspace.
Removing users from the workspace
- Removing users from the workspace frees up user license usage. For example, if you have 75 out of 100 learners in your workspace, removing a user will bring this number down to 74.
- Removed users will not be able to see their group and the programs in the group in their Gnowbe Library.
- Admins/Agents will not be able to see the progress and analytics of removed users in their workspace.
- Removing users from all their individual groups does not completely remove them. You will need to remove the user at the workspace level to fully remove them.
