When a user is removed from a workspace or group, they will no longer have access to the programs assigned to them, and their data will be removed from analytics. Note that removing a user from all individual groups does not fully remove them from the system. To completely remove a user, you must delete them at the workspace level.

How to remove users from the workspace
Only Admins can remove users from the workspace.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Users.
- Check the boxes to select your users.
- Click Remove.
- You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
How to remove users from a group
Both Admins and Agents can remove users from a group.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups.
- Select the group you wish to remove a user from.
- Click Users.
- Check the boxes to select your users.
- Click Remove.
- You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
