Users who are removed from the workspace/group will no longer have access to the programs that were made available to them, and their user data will also be removed from analytics.

How to remove users from the workspace
Only Admins can remove users from an workspace.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Users.
- Check the boxes to select your users.
- Click Remove.
- You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
How to remove users from a group
Both Admins and Agents can remove users from a group.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups.
- Select the group you wish to remove a user from.
- Click Users.
- Check the boxes to select your users.
- Click Remove.
- You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
Note: Removing users from all their individual groups does not completely remove them. You will need to remove the user at the workspace level to fully remove them.
