Before You Begin — Understanding Workspaces
You must first be inside a Creator Workspace on Gnowbe Web to start creating programs!
Check your active workspace in the top-left corner of the screen.
Your workspaces are divided into two categories:
-
Creator Workspace
This is where you can create new content and access your own learning programs. A workspace shows up here if you have a Creator role under a paid organization, or if you are using your personal free-tier workspace.- Missing your organization? If your team has a paid subscription but you don't see it listed here, reach out to your Administrator to assign you a Creator role.
-
No paid subscription? You can still build inside a personal Free-Tier workspace.

-
Learner Workspace
A workspace will appear here if you have been added strictly as a learner to complete Gnowbe programs.
How To Create Gnowbe Programs
Navigate to your Creator Workspace.
Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch from Learner to Creator Mode.
Click the + Create button.
Select Program from the options.
-
Select from the three available options:
- Upload a File: Upload your training documents to launch Gnowbe AI Magic Creator and build your program from existing content.
- Describe Training: Describe your training topic/goals and let Gnowbe AI Magic Creator build your program automatically.
- Build Manually: Start with a blank canvas and create a Gnowbe program entirely from scratch.

You’ve found the dad jokes section*
I just watched all the Harry Potter movies back to back with a friend. It may not have been the best idea, because it meant I couldn't see the TV.
