Gnowbe AI Tasks are used to power our AI Agents (Magic Creator or Automated Translation). AI Tasks are required to perform AI-powered activities. Each activity—such as translating, generating text, creating an image, or building a full Gnowbe program—requires a specific number of Tasks. Think of these Tasks as the individual 'steps' the AI takes to complete your request.

The average-sized Gnowbe program contains between 5,000 and 15,000 words, with each translation costing approximately 20 to 60 tasks. The more words your program has, the more tasks will be required! For example:

• Purchase as Add-Ons: AI Tasks are purchased as a recurring add-on to your Gnowbe subscription.
• Flexible Management: You can adjust your AI Task allowance at any time:
  • Adding Tasks: Takes effect immediately.
  • Removing Tasks: Changes apply at the start of your next billing period.
• Billing Cycle Reset: AI Tasks reset at the end of each billing period. Unused Tasks will not roll over.

FAQs

1. Once a program is translated, you can access and edit it however you like, as it becomes a standalone program and is no longer connected to the original. Any edits made to the translated program will not affect the original program.
    
2. Similarly, if you edit the original program after translating and duplicating it, the changes will not appear in the translated program.
    
3. If you plan to translate a program into multiple languages, always translate from the original program to prevent content distortion.
    
4. Once a workspace has Automated Translation turned on, every Creator in the workspace will have access to this feature.
    
5. You can translate your program into as many languages as you want at any time, as long as you have enough Gnowbe AI Tasks.

7. Can I check how many Tasks have been used and how many words have been translated over time?
   Yes, the Data Reporting section under your workspace settings displays a breakdown of your  Automated Translation usage per month. This information is only available to admins of your workspace.
    
8. What happens if I do not have enough Gnowbe AI Tasks to translate my program?
   You'll need to purchase additional Tasks to process the translation.
