Gnowbe allows curators to upload SCORM files and run them within the platform.
- On Gnowbe Web, SCORM files will be played in a new window
- On Gnowbe App, SCORM files will be played in-app

The ability to upload SCORM files is a premium feature available only to Gnowbe Enterprise Plan subscribers. If you wish to have this feature turned on for your workspace, please get in touch with your Gnowbe representative.

Prerequisites
Admins of the workspace will need to make sure that these two requirements are in place before their curators can import SCORM files into Gnowbe:
- SCORM feature to be turned on by Gnowbe.
If you are unsure, email your Gnowbe representative to check if the SCORM feature has been turned on for your workspace. - Curators are added as Curators of the Workspace
Add curators to your workspace under the workspace settings on Gnowbe Dashboard for them to see the Import SCORM feature when they create a program.
How to upload SCORM files into Gnowbe
- Click Create a Program
- Select Import SCORM
- Give your program a title and click Create program
- In your new program, click Upload SCORM file on the left sidebar
- Select your SCORM file or drag and drop it into the uploader
- Give Gnowbe some time to upload your SCORM file. Once done, switch to learner mode to test your SCORM file.
How to replace a SCORM file
- To replace your uploaded SCORM file, toggle to Edit mode and go to the program settings page
- Click Replace SCORM file to upload a new file
Note:
• You'll not be able to add other sessions or actions in a SCORM program.
• Only one SCORM file can be uploaded per program.
