User Onboarding: Your Registration Guide

We're excited to have you join us! Please follow the guide below to activate your account and access your learning programs on the Gnowbe platform.


Phase 1: Account Creation

1. Look out for an invitation email in your inbox titled "You're Invited to be a Gnowbe Learner in [Group Name]." This will be sent from your organization; however, if they haven't customized the sender settings, the name will appear as Gnowbe.
   
   Note: If you cannot find the invitation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
    
2. Click the Start Learning button inside the email.
   
    
3. You will be directed to the Gnowbe Web platform (https://web.gnowbe.com). Your email address will be prefilled automatically. Click Next to proceed.
   
    
4. Create a secure password and click Next.
   
   Note: If your organization uses SSO, you may be automatically logged in without needing to create a separate password.
    
5. Enter your First and Last name, and ensure you check the box to agree to the Gnowbe Privacy Policy.
   
    
6. Click Complete registration.
   

Phase 2: Email Verification
Once you complete registration, a security step is required.

1. You will be instructed to look for a confirmation email sent by Gnowbe.
   
    
2. Check your inbox for a confirmation email, open it, and click Confirm Email Address to verify your account.
   
   Note: If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
    
3. You will be redirected back to Gnowbe Web. Click Confirm to proceed.
   
    
4. Welcome to your Gnowbe homepage! You can now click on your program to begin your learning journey!
