How can I change my email address?

You can change your email address from both our mobile apps (iOS and Android) and Gnowbe Web.

Changing your email address does not affect your programs and progress, so you can safely continue using Gnowbe where you left off but with your brand new email address.

Change email using Gnowbe Web:

1. Log into Gnowbe Web and click the User icon.
   
   
   
2. Click Settings.
   
   
   
3. Expand Email Address.
   
   
   
4. Type in your old and new email address and click Save.
