The Curator role is ideal for users who need to contribute their programs to a specific Workspace/Group, but should not have administrative access (like viewing members or managing settings) for that Workspace/Group via the Gnowbe Dashboard.
Difference between Curator of the Workspace and Curator of the Group

Curator of the Workspace:

- Able to share their programs with ALL groups within the workspace.
- Invitations can only be done by Admins at the workspace level.

- Able to share their programs only with specific groups within the workspace.
- Invitations can be done by Admins and Agents at the group level.

How to invite/remove a curator to be a Curator of the Workspace:
- Admin logs into Gnowbe Dashboard and clicks Settings.
- Click Curators.
- Invite your curator via email to be a curator of your workspace.
- Once done, a program curator can now share programs with all groups within the workspace. Learn how here (see Scenario 3).
- Click Remove to remove a Curator from your workspace.
How to invite a curator to be a Curator of the Group:
- Go into the group and click Settings
- Click Curators.
- Invite your curator via email to be a curator of the group.
- Once this is done, a program curator can now publish programs to this particular group. Repeat the above steps in other groups to assign more program-sharing privileges to the curator.
- Once a curator has received program-sharing privileges, they can now proceed to share their programs on Gnowbe Web. Learn how here (see Scenario 3).
- Click Remove to remove a Curator from your group.
