Admins and Agents are both users who handle administrative matters on Gnowbe Dashboard, whereas Curators are users who create programs on Gnowbe Web/App. These roles are NOT mutually exclusive. A user can hold multiple roles in the Gnowbe ecosystem (e.g., being an Admin, Agent, Curator simultaneously).
Admins
Admins are users in charge of the organization and have full access to the dashboard (able to view both organization and group activities). They are responsible for managing the overall administration and access to the organization.

Agents are users in charge of groups and have restricted access to the dashboard (only able to view group activities). They are generally responsible for managing user and content administration, as well as tracking user analytics.
Curator
Curators are users who create and share programs on Gnowbe Web.
