Only the billing admin (the user who purchased the subscription) can check the total number of users and the user limit in the workspace.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Expand Plan and Payment details.
- View your current user usage and user limit for your subscription plan.
What contributes to the total number of users?
User seats are based on unique emails. For example, if your subscription includes 100 users, you can have up to 100 users (each with a unique email) in your workspace at any given time. A user can be added to multiple groups, but still counts as a single user seat.
The total number of users in your workspace is made up of:
- Registered users in the workspace - Users you invite to join a group who have created a Gnowbe account.
- Invited learners in the workspace - Users you invite to join a group who have not yet created a Gnowbe account.
