A Creator is defined as a user who engages with the Gnowbe platform to create and distribute programs, manage users, and measure performance. These include the following roles:

Admins - Those with administrative rights to:

- Manage workspace billing
- Assign others Creator roles within the workspace
- Track the analytics/performance of the workspace and across all groups within the workspace
- Distribute programs to groups
- Add learners to groups

Agents - Those with administrative rights to:

- Assign others as Agents to manage their groups
- Track the analytics/performance of their groups within a workspace
- Distribute content to their groups
- Add learners to their groups

- Curators - Those who curate programs and content for a workspace

The above roles are not mutually exclusive. Therefore, a single user account (email address) can hold one or more roles within the organization, and it will still count as one Creator license.
