How to customize Gnowbe’s interface (white label)

Admins can customize the look and feel of the Gnowbe Web and App interface, creating a professional, branded environment that aligns with your organization’s identity. With our white-labeling options, you can:

• Add and display your company logo.
• Apply your organization's color scheme.

How to customize Gnowbe's interface
Only Admins can make this customization.

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
   
   
   
2. Click Customization.
   
   
   
3. Under the Customization section, you can customize the automated emails sent from our system to your learners by editing the Sender Name and Reply-To address - learn more here.
   
   
   
4. Customize your workspace logo
   • • Upload a logo that will replace your workspace's default image on Gnowbe Web.
       
       
       
     • The logo will be displayed next to your workspace name on Gnowbe Web for your learners.
       
       
       
5. Customize Gnowbe Web logo
   • • Upload a logo to replace the default Gnowbe logo displayed in the top left corner of Gnowbe Web.
       
       
       
     • For your learners, the logo will be displayed on their Gnowbe Web home page.
       
       
       
6. Customize color scheme
   • • Select the colors to customize the Gnowbe Web user interface.
       
       
       • • • Primary: Buttons
           • Background: Background color
           • Accent: Text links, progress bar, etc.
             
             
     • The color changes will be reflected throughout Gnowbe's user interface, both on Gnowbe Web and Gnowbe App.
       
       
       
       
       
7. Remember to hit Save every time you make a change!
