Workspace Landing Page
- Displays all the enabled Group Landing Pages, the workspace description, and workspace announcements.
- Only Admins can customize this page.
- A private page by default, only users who are part of the workspace can access this page and its content by logging in.

Group Landing Page
- Displays all the programs in the group, group description, group announcements, and latest posts from your programs' group board.
- Both Admins and group Agents can customize this page.
- Additionally, there are two options for viewing: Public or Private

- If set to Public, the page is publicly accessible, meaning anyone online can view it. However, only group members can access its content by logging in.

- There is an additional option to enable the Auto-Join feature, which automatically adds users who log in or register through your page as group members, granting them access to its content.

- If set to Private, only group members who are part of the group can view the page and access its content by logging in.
- If set to Public, the page is publicly accessible, meaning anyone online can view it. However, only group members can access its content by logging in.

Additionally, our landing pages are available in 24 different languages, giving your users the flexibility to easily switch between them.

1. Workspace Landing Page
By default, this is a private page, accessible only to users who are part of the workspace. They must log in to view the page.
Upon accessing the page, learners will see the following:
1. Enabling Your Landing Page
Only Admins can enable and customize the workspace landing page.
- Log in to Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Workspace Landing Page.
- Toggle to Enable.
- Scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the section to confirm.
2. Editing Your Landing Page
Remember to click Save at the bottom of the section every time you make a change. Here are the customizations you can make:

Workspace Description.
Write a short description of your workspace here.

URL and Custom Subdomain
This will be used to create a URL for your workspace's landing page. For example, if you input acme as your custom subdomain, the URL for your workspace's landing page will be
https://acme.gnowbe.page
Share this URL link with your learners so they can access the workspace landing page.

Logo and Cover Image
Add your organization's logo and a cover image for your landing page.

There are three options for you to customize: Primary, Button, and Background.

Announcements
Use this section to craft and post important announcements for your learners. Announcements help keep your learners informed and engaged throughout their learning journey.
Additionally, you can send your announcement to learners via push or email notifications directly from this section. These notifications will be sent at the workspace level.
2. Group Landing Page
The group landing page can be either Public or Private.

Configure your page's privacy settings.
- If toggled off, the group page is set to Public, allowing anyone online to view it. However, only group members can access its content by logging in.

- If toggled on, the group page is set to Private, allowing only group members to view the page and access its content by logging in.
