The Creator Chat feature allows learners to send private messages directly to program creators—even if the creators are not enrolled in the same user group.
If a program has multiple creators, all co-creators are automatically included in the chat thread to receive and reply to learner messages together.
How Creators Can Enable Creator Chat
- Access your program in Creator Mode.
- On the Program Overview page, enter your Creator Name and Title, and upload a display picture.
- Click Program Settings on the left sidebar.
- Expand Creator Settings.
- Toggle on Allow Users To Message The Creator.
- Once everything is set up, learners will see the chat button on their Program Overview page.
How Learners Can Chat
- Click Program Overview on the left sidebar.
- Click Chat With Creator.
- A private chat will open between the learner and the program's creator(s). If a program has multiple creators, all co-creators are automatically included in the chat thread to receive and reply to the learner's messages.
Where To Find Your Conversations
- Both learners and creators automatically receive notifications whenever a new message arrives. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your screen to view your notifications.
- Select Messages from the left sidebar to view and manage all conversations.
