Great programs are often built together! As a curator, you can easily share editing rights to your program by inviting team members to become co-creators.
This feature enables seamless collaboration, making it simple for multiple people to contribute, refine, and enhance your content.

- Inviting co-creators is available exclusively to creators in a paid workspace.
- The best part? There’s no limit to the number of co-creators you can invite, giving you full flexibility to scale collaboration with your entire team.
- Free Tier
- If you're currently on the free tier, the ability to add co-creators isn't available for you just yet.
- Simply upgrade to a paid workspace plan to unlock this feature and start building together!
How To Invite/Remove Co-Creators
- Navigate to your Creator workspace.
- Toggle to Creator Mode and then click Curated By Me on the left sidebar.
- Find and access your program.
- Some creators may be prompted to select a group. Choose any group you are enrolled in—changes made in Creator Mode apply globally across all groups, so any selection will work.
- Once in your program, click Co-Creators on the left sidebar.
- Invite your co-creator via email. Your invitee will receive an email invitation in their inbox
- If they have an existing Gnowbe account, they will be listed under Active Creators. Otherwise, they will appear under Pending Invitations.
- Click the trash bin icon to remove co-creators.
