Upgrading refers to the following:
- Moving from a lower-tiered plan to a higher-tiered plan (e,g., from Starter to Pro)
- Lengthening your billing cycle (.e.g, from Monthly to Annual)

How to upgrade your Gnowbe subscription
Only the billing admin (the user who purchased the subscription) can upgrade the workspace's subscription plan.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Expand Plan and Payment details.
- Click Upgrade.
- A pop-up will appear for you to:

For an upgrade to our Enterprise plan, you'll need first to submit an Upgrade Inquiry form, and our lovely sales team will assist you promptly. 😊
