We have streamlined our program sharing experience by removing the ability for curators to share test links with learners to access their Gnowbe Sandbox programs. Instead, we have made Gnowbe Sandbox an environment strictly for curators (and their co-curators) to work on programs.
How can I test my program with learners now that I can't share the Sandbox link?
There is now only one way to share programs with learners. Curators will need to create a user group, share their program with the group, and invite learners to the group to access the program - learn how here.
How is sharing programs via user groups better than sharing a program test link?
- A huge benefit of sharing a program via user groups is that it allows you to monitor and track user analytics for your program on Gnowbe Dashboard. For starters, this allows you to see who has started your program and if they have completed it - learn more here.
- Additionally, this method makes it much easier to share multiple programs with learners in one go. Imagine this: You have five programs that you would like learners to test. You can now add these programs to a single group and invite learners to the group to access your programs instead of previously needing to send five separate program test links to them.
