How to use Workspaces – Gnowbe Help Center

Gnowbe's Workspaces allow you to quickly and easily switch between the learning communities you belong to.

You might belong to different workspaces as a Gnowbe user; for example, you can be a Creator in your personal free-tier workspace and a learner in your company’s workspace. Workspaces significantly improve how you view/manage all the different groups and programs you can access by showing only the relevant groups and programs in a selected workspace.

How to use Workspaces on Gnowbe Web

Click the drop-down menu on the top left corner of your homepage to navigate between your workspaces.
Your workspaces are sorted into three categories: Sandbox, Creator, and Learner.
- Sandbox workspaces:
  - - This is where you'll find all your sandbox programs - the programs you created or have been invited to co-create.
- Creator workspaces:
  - - This is where you will find the programs/groups in your Creator workspaces.
    - You will be able to access Gnowbe Dashboard on the left sidebar from any of your Creator workspaces.
    - ❗️Creator workspaces are where you can create programs. You can only create programs in a Creator workspace.
    - Users can only have one Free-Tier workspace.
- Learner workspaces
  - - This is where you will find the programs/groups to which you have access as a learner.
    - You will be directed to a Creator workspace if you create a program in a learner workspace.
Searching for programs:
- Use the search bar at the top of your page to find any programs from all your workspaces. Gnowbe will direct you to open the program in the relevant workspace accordingly.
- Additionally, you can opt to see all your programs by toggling on 'View all programs regardless of workspace' on your Programs page.

How to use Workspaces on Gnowbe App

Log into Gnowbe App and click the icon on the top left-hand corner of your home page.
Click the drop-down menu to open up your workspaces.
Select your desired workspace.
