API access

API allows you to integrate other systems and applications with Gnowbe Dashboard. Only users subscribed to Gnowbe's Pro or Enterprise plans have API access.

How to retrieve API keys?

The Integration feature should, by default, be turned on for users subscribed to our Pro or Enterprise plans. Should you notice that you aren't able to retrieve your API keys even though you are subscribed to Gnowbe Pro or Gnowbe Enterprise, please contact your Gnowbe representative to have the Integration feature turned on for your organization.

Retrieving API keys at the organization level (Admins only):

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
   
   
   
2. Click Integrations.
   
   
   
3. Click Reveal API keys
   
   
   
4. Click Generate New
   
   
   
5. Name your API key for easier identification.
   

Retrieving API keys at the group level (Admins and Agents):

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups.
   
   
   
2. Select the group.
   
   
   
3. Click Settings.
   
   
   
4. Click Integrations.
   
   
   
5. Click Generate New
   
   
   
6. Name your API key for easier identification.
