Can I delete a user's post on the group board?

Yes. An admin, agent, or the program's curator can delete posts shared by their learners on the group board. Here's how:

1. Log into web.gnowbe.com, open the program in the correct group, and access the group board.
   
   
   
2. Search for the post and click on it.
   
   
   
3. Click Other Shares. (You will be automatically directed to the Other Shares page in the background. Close the post to see it.)
   
   
   
4. To delete the post, click on another post under the Other Shares section. You will now see the post you want to remove under the Other Shares section. Click the trash bin icon next to it to remove the post.
