Only the billing admin (the user who purchased the subscription) can check the total number of users and the user limit in the workspace.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Expand Plan and Payment details.
- View your current user usage and user limit for your subscription plan.
What contributes to the total number of users?
- Registered users in the workspace - Learners you invite to join a group who have created a Gnowbe account.
- Invited learners in the workspace - Learners you invite to join a group who have not yet created a Gnowbe account.
