A billing admin is a special type of admin who can manage the organization's billing details and purchases on top of performing regular admin operations.
- There can only be one billing admin for the organization.
- Only an organization admin can be designated as the billing admin, so please ensure that the user you want to set as your billing admin is currently an organization admin. Learn how to assign Admin rights to a user here.
Note: If you currently have only one Creator license and want to designate a different billing admin, you will need to purchase another license.
How to change your billing admin
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Ensure that the user is currently an organization admin before inviting the user to be the new billing admin via email.
