For Pro and Enterprise plan subscribers, please get in touch with success@gnowbe.com to cancel your subscription.
Note:
- Only the workspace's billing admin can cancel the subscription.
- You can always create a free workspace to continue using Gnowbe under our Free Tier plan!
- Canceling a plan does not take effect immediately; it occurs at the beginning of your next subscription period. No refunds will be issued, and you can continue using the platform until the end of your current subscription.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Billing Details.
- Expand Plan and Payment details.
- Click Cancel.
- Fill out a quick survey.
- Once done, your Starter plan will be scheduled to cancel at the next renewal date. You can still use the platform until then.
- You can reactivate your account anytime.
