How can I purchase additional Creator licenses or learner seats under my current plan?

Only the billing admin (the user who purchased the subscription) can purchase additional creator licenses or learner seats for the workspace.

How to purchase additional Creator licenses?

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
   
   
2. Click Billing Details.
   
   
   
3. Expand Plan and Payment details.
   
   
4. Click Add more creator/admin licenses.
   
   
   
5. A pop-up will appear for you to input the total number of creator licenses you would like to have for your workspace. Once done, click Add License.

How to purchase and remove additional learner seats for your subscription

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
   
   
2. Click Billing Details.
   
   
   
3. Expand Plan and Payment details.
   
   
4. Click Manage Learners.
   
   
   
5. Click Change Learners Quantity to purchase your learner seat add-on.
   
   
   
6. Select the additional number of learners you would like to purchase for your subscription. Once done, select Change Quantity to confirm. Your learner usage limit will be increased immediately upon purchase.
   
   
   

To remove your learner seat add-on:

1. Click Manage Learners.
   
   
   
2. Click Remove Additional Learners. Your previously purchased learner seat add-on will be removed, and your learner usage limit will revert back to the base level specified in your subscription plan.
