This feature allows curators to automatically trigger customized emails to learners after they have completed specific actions in their program.
How to add automated emails?
- Go into Edit mode. Click into an action and click the mail icon on the top right-hand corner.
- A pop-up box will appear for you to craft your email. Fill up the subject line and main email message.
- Choose to schedule when Gnowbe will trigger your email after a learner completes the action.
- Once done, click Save.
- An Email label will appear for the actions that have an automated email. You'll only see this in Edit mode.
- You can preview your message and send yourself a test email by clicking into your automated email and then Send to me.
- Click the trash bin icon to delete your email.
Note
Automated emails will only be triggered once. If the learner revisits the action, they will not receive the automated email a second time.
