How to remove users from an organization/group?

Users that are removed from the organization/group will no longer have access to the programs that were made available to them. Their user data will also be removed from analytics.

How to remove users from an organization
Only Admins can remove users from an organization.

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Users.
   
   
2. Check the boxes to select your users.
   
   
   
3. Click Remove.
   
   
   
4. You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
   
   
   

How to remove users from a group
Both Admins and Agents can remove users from a group.

1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups.
   
   
   
2. Select the group you wish to remove a user from.
   
   
   
3. Click Users.
   
   
   
4. Check the boxes to select your users.
   
   
5. Click Remove.
   
   
   
6. You'll be prompted with a confirmation. Click Remove to proceed.
