Gnowbe allows you to customize some details about your push emails as follows. These settings will apply to all emails sent from your Gnowbe organization.
- Sender Name - You can choose the name of the sender this email comes from; for example, the sender could be your organization.
- Reply-to email - You can choose which emails the learner would reply to if they choose to reply to a push email. This should ideally be a shared mailbox, e.g. info@mycompany.com.

How to customize emails sent from Gnowbe Dashboard
Only Admins can customize emails for the organization.
- Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.
- Click Customization.
- Edit your sender name and reply-to email address
- Click Save.
