Submitting an issue
If you are using Gnowbe on your mobile device (iOS or Android)
- Shake your phone when in the app.
- Choose an option.
- Report your issue (or send us your idea).
If you are using Gnowbe Web on your computer
- Click the Help button available in the bottom right corner.
- If you have a screenshot you would like to attach, feel free to do so.
Describing the issue
When you submit your issue, please try to describe it as best as possible. This way we can be much more effective at helping you, and our developers will locate (and fix) the issue much faster.
- What seems to be the issue?
- What steps did you take to get there?
- Did you try logging out and logging back in?
- Anything else you would like to add?
Our promise
We promise we will do our best and will try to get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. Please don't get mad if it takes more than a couple hours, sometimes things take a little longer to sort out.
