How to create Custom Landing Pages

Our new customizable, SEO-optimized landing pages allow learners to experience enhanced brand consistency and engagement across your workspace and groups.

  • Workspace Landing Page
    • Displays all the enabled Group Landing Pages, the workspace description, and workspace announcements.
    • Only Admins can customize this page.
    • Only users who are part of the workspace can view this page.

  • Group Landing Page
    • Displays all the programs in the group, the group description, and group announcements.
    • Both Admins and group Agents can customize this page.
    • Additionally, there are two options for viewing: Public or Private
        • If set to Public, the page is publicly accessible; anyone online can view it.
        • If set to Private, only users who are part of the group can view the page.

1. Workspace Landing Page
This is a private page. Only users who are part of the workspace and have the link can view it. Upon accessing the page, learners will see the following:

1. Enabling Your Landing Page
Only Admins can enable and customize the workspace landing page.

  1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Settings.

  2. Click Workspace Landing Page.

  3. Toggle to Enable.

2. Editing Your Landing Page
Remember to click Save at the bottom of the section every time you make a change. Here are the customizations you can make:

  1. Workspace Description.
    Write a short description of your workspace here.

  2. URL and Custom Subdomain
    This will be used to create a URL for your workspace's landing page. For example, if you input acme as your custom subdomain, the URL for your workspace's landing page will be

    Share the URL link with your learners for them to access the workspace landing page.
  3. Logo and Cover Image
    Add your organization's logo and a cover image for your landing page.

  4. Colors
    There are three options for you to customize: Primary, Button, and Background.

  5. Templates (Coming Soon)
     Select the layout design you prefer for your landing page.

  6. Announcements
    Use this section to craft and post important announcements for your learners. Announcements help keep your learners informed and engaged throughout their learning journey.

    Additionally, you can send your announcement to learners via push or email notifications directly from this section. These notifications will be sent at the workspace level.

 

 

 

2. Group Landing Page
The group landing page can be either Public or Private.

  • If set to Public, the page is publicly accessible; anyone online can view it. However, they cannot access the programs listed on the landing page.
  • If set to Private, only users who are part of the group can view the page and start on the programs listed on the landing page.

Upon accessing the page, learners will see the following:

1. Enabling Your Landing Page
Both Admins and Agents can enable and customize the group landing page.

  1. Log into Gnowbe Dashboard and click Groups.

  2. Select your group.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Group Landing Page.

  5. Toggle to Enable.

2. Editing Your Landing Page

  1. Group Name and Group Description
    Change the group name displayed to your learners and write a short description of your group.

  2. Privacy
    Option to make the group page private.

      • If toggled on, the group page is set to Private. Only learners who are part of the group can view the landing page.
      • If not toggled on, the group page is set to Public. Anyone online can view this page.
  3. URL

    Share the URL link with your learners for them to access the workspace landing page.
  4. Logo and Cover Image
    Add your group's logo and a cover image for your landing page.

    By default, the group landing page will use the workspace's logo and cover image; you'll need to select Override to upload a separate logo or cover image for the group.

  5. Colors
