By default, Gnowbe subscriptions are set to auto-renew. This means that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
However, if you fall into a special case where you are on a non-renewing subscription (e.g., an older plan), you have a couple of options:
- Firstly, you can reach out to our success team (success@gnowbe.com), who can provide you with more information about our latest pricing updates and guide you through the renewal process.
- Alternatively, if you prefer a self-serve approach, you can renew your subscription on your own (instructions below).
If your subscription has already expired and you wish to renew, please contact success@gnowbe.com.
