One of the beauties of using Gnowbe as an authoring tool is that you can embed external multimedia content and web-based resources in your programs. You can do this by using our web link action.
The web link action allows you to paste an external site's URL for it to be viewable within the Gnowbe platform.
However, some URLs might now show up as intended. Check out our video tutorial below for a good workaround if your link is not showing up properly inside Gnowbe. We'll teach you how to find and paste in the embed code (instead of the URL) many applications make available.
Note: Be sure to test any embedded links on Gnowbe Web and App to ensure that they work perfectly for your learners.
